Where and how are Mediterranean Witch Cosmetics products made?
Our creations are born from the heart of the Mediterranean and lovingly crafted in Vancouver, Canada. Inspired by the timeless beauty rituals of our Croatian heritage, each product is made by hand in small batches, using only the finest natural and organic ingredients — from rich butters and silky oils to pure beeswax. Many of our botanicals are sourced directly from sun-drenched Mediterranean lands such as Croatia, Italy, Morocco, carrying with them the scent of olive groves, lavender fields, and the sea breeze. Are your products natural and organic?
Yes. Every formula is 100% natural and contains organic ingredients. Most contain over 90% certified organic content — some reaching 99% — so your skin receives only the purest care nature can offer.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We create each product with gentleness and respect for even the most delicate skin. While natural and organic ingredients are known for their soothing benefits, every skin is unique. We recommend a simple patch test:
- Apply a small amount behind the ear, inside the elbow, or on the forearm.
- Wait 24–48 hours.
- If no redness, itching, or swelling occurs, enjoy it freely.
If you have highly sensitive skin or allergies, consult your dermatologist before introducing something new — your skin’s comfort is our priority.
Are your products good for aging skin?
Absolutely. Our blends are enriched with age-defying Mediterranean treasures — antioxidant-rich oils, nourishing botanicals, and time-honored remedies — to deeply nourish, restore radiance, and bring a healthy glow to mature skin. Because beauty is ageless, and you deserve to feel luminous at every stage of life.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. Our products are tested on people we love — ourselves, our friends, our family — but never on animals. We are proudly cruelty-free and in the process of becoming PETA-certified. We stand firmly against animal testing, always and forever.
Are your products safe for pregnant women?
We create each product with gentleness and respect for even the most delicate skin. While natural and organic ingredients are known for their soothing benefits, every skin is unique. We recommend a simple patch test:
- Checking the ingredient list before use.
- Performing a patch test.
- Consulting your doctor or dermatologist regarding specific ingredients, such as certain essential oils.

Can your products be used by men?
Yes — and many already do! Some of our products were inspired by, and formulated for, the needs of the male co-founder of Mediterranean Witch Cosmetics. Good skincare knows no gender — every face deserves the touch of nature’s finest.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Freshness is part of our promise. Because we make everything in small batches, without synthetic preservatives or harsh chemicals, your product is always freshly prepared when it reaches you. Shelf life is 12–14 months from purchase, and each jar or bottle carries a “best before” date (MM/YYYY) to guide you. This way, you enjoy every drop at its most potent and alive.
