Overview & Acceptance: By visiting our website and purchasing our handcrafted skincare and cosmetic products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products & Handcrafted Nature: Due to the small-batch and natural nature of our cosmetic products, minor variations in color, texture, and scent may occur between batches.

Cosmetic Safety & Patch Testing: All product descriptions, ingredients, and instructions should be reviewed prior to use. We strongly advise performing a patch test before regular application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. We are not liable for individual adverse reactions or allergies.

Pricing & Orders: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities or refuse/cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or inventory inaccuracies).

Eligibility for Returns:
Due to hygiene and safety standards for personal care items, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the issue was our error).

Intellectual Property: All brand names, logos, formulas, imagery, product descriptions, and graphics are the exclusive property of Mediterranean Witch and cannot be reproduced without written permission.
